AFTERCARE

Your perfect bridesmaid dresses are on their way! Please read below for the best way to store and care for your dresses before and after your big day.

• We ask that you report any issues that are a fault of ours no later than 10 days after receiving your dresses. After this period, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help.
  

• When your dresses arrive, please ensure they are handled with care. Avoid wearing makeup when trying on the dresses and please keep away from anything that may catch or mark them as they are delicate.
  

• Hang your dresses out of sunlight and away from any other clothing items that could cause damage. We recommend soft silky hangers to avoid causing creases.
  

• By hanging the dresses this will help any creases fall out. DO NOT iron the fabric as this will cause damage! You can lightly steam each dress if needed.
  

• The dresses can be machine washed but this must be done on a hand wash setting. They should be washed alone and hung to dry afterwards.
